Welcome to Suzanne's Foot and Nail Care, LLC where specialized foot and nail care is the main priority. Suzanne's Foot and Nail Care, LLC was established in 2024 due to a need in the community for senior foot and nail care. As a Physical Therapist with experience working in hospitals, home care agencies, rehab, and outpatient clinics, for the past thirty years I have treated many patients with foot care issues. I will use this experience to assess your foot care concerns and provide appropriate and individualized services.

​​​​​ I am committed to bringing foot and nail care to seniors and community members who are unable to manage their foot and nail care independently. Services will be provided at their homes, and community centers to improve their overall foot health. I also prioritize client safety and comfort. I am dedicated to offering foot and nail care services to improve mobility, decrease pain, and decrease the risk of falls.
As a Physical Therapist working in a hospital setting, I witnessed firsthand how proper foot and nail care improved mobility and functional outcomes.
A delay in services occurred when patients had to wait several months to be seen for follow-up foot and nail care services after their hospital discharge.
I established Suzanne’s Foot and Nail Care, LLC to improve overall foot health, and to aid in timely follow-up care.

Services are cash based, unfortunately Medicare does not usually cover routine foot and nail care.

Essential Foot and Nail Care for Seniors Provided by a Skilled Physical Therapist
Suzanne's Foot and Nail Care provides mobile foot care services focused on seniors and those who are not able to manage their foot and nail care independently. Clients may be seen in their homes, senior centers, and other community locations.
More than three decades of experience treating a variety of diagnoses including lymphedema, wound care, and other lower extremity diagnoses provide the foundation of knowledge brought into the business. My goal is to educate clients while ensuring their comfort and well-being, enhancing their mobility and quality of life.

The education and hands on training I received from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Foot and Nail Care course prepared me well for the certification exam to become a Certified Foot Care Specialist. (CFCS)

I have earned my certification through the American Foot Care Nursing Association.
​
I am excited that my knowledge, experience and certification will allow my clients to have confidence in my skills as a qualified and competent foot and nail care provider.

Your visit may consist of
- Detailed foot and nail assessment including testing for foot and ankle strength, range of motion, sensation testing and pulse assessment.
- Safe trimming of nails
- Safe trimming and thinning of corns or calluses
- Cleansing of feet and application of lotion
- Education for proper foot and nail care, proper fit of shoes, prevention and treatment of fungal nails and prevention of diabetic foot complications.
